I have been using another brand of matte pla for 18 months but recent issues with tangles in their spools and bent ends getting stuck in my filament runout sensors made me start looking for other brands for my print farm.
I got a few spools of the Jayo PLA Matte in white and black to test and fell in love with it. The fact they have 1.1kg spools was icing on the cake as I can now get 2 of my best selling product out of a single spool instead of having to worry about refilling. I love how they tape the end on the spool with no bends and the end easily pulls free of the spool with no issues snagging in my CFS or runout sensors. And I haven't seen a tangle at all either.
It is now my favorite brand for both white and black. I do wish there were more colors of the matte PLA. While white is my biggest seller, black and brown are just a little behind in and Jayo does not have a brown at all. If they made brown, teal green, and Sakura pink in the matte PLA, I would switch completely to Jayo. I am hoping they release more colors of the matte soon!

I’ve been using JAYO for years now and the filament is top notch! The winding is great, no tangles. The new reusable spools are a welcomed addition. They are sturdier than before and can fit refill filament spools.
